1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using RytDait, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
RytDait is an AI-powered meal planning app that generates personalised nutrition plans based on your health profile. The app is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice.
3. Medical Disclaimer
⚠️ IMPORTANT: RytDait provides general nutritional guidance only. It is NOT medical advice.
- Always consult your doctor before making dietary changes, especially if you have health conditions
- Do not use this app to self-treat any medical condition
- AI-generated meal plans may contain errors — verify nutritional information independently
- In case of medical emergency, contact your healthcare provider immediately
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- Free tier: basic meal plan with limited features
- Premium / Voyager: paid subscriptions billed monthly or annually via in-app purchase
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's subscription settings
- No refunds for partial billing periods (governed by Apple's refund policy)
5. Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- One active device per account (security enforcement)
- We are not responsible for unauthorised access due to shared credentials
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Reverse engineer or decompile the app
- Use the app for commercial meal planning services
- Share your account with others
- Attempt to bypass subscription restrictions
- Provide false health information
7. Intellectual Property
- All meal plans, recipes, and content generated by RytDait are owned by us
- You may share individual meal cards for personal use
- You may not republish or commercialise generated content
8. Limitation of Liability
RytDait is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:
- Health outcomes from following generated meal plans
- Allergic reactions (you are responsible for verifying allergen information)
- Data loss due to account deletion or technical issues
- Service interruptions or downtime
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → My Account → Delete Account.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
