How do I get my meal plan?

After creating your profile with your health details and preferences, your personalized 7-day meal plan is generated automatically. Just open the app and it's there.

Can I change my cuisine?

Premium users can switch between 25+ cuisines. Your macros and health conditions stay the same — only the food style changes.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → RytDait → Cancel. You'll keep access until the current period ends.

Is my data safe?

Your health data is encrypted and stored securely. We never share your personal information with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

The app isn't loading my meal plan

Check your internet connection and try closing and reopening the app. Your plan is cached offline, so it should appear even without internet after the first load.

How do I delete my account?

Email us at support@rytdait.com with the subject "Delete Account" and we'll process it within 48 hours.
